Excel and Google Sheets

Every request becomes one row in the office's own workbook: an Excel Online table on Microsoft 365, or a Google Sheet. The columns below are the ones Lukriton proposes for a new sheet; an existing sheet keeps its own headers and Lukriton maps each request to them.

Try it: tap the microphone in the bottom-right corner, send a test request, and watch your row appear in the table. Your email and phone are masked on this public page; your own workbook receives them in full.

Excel Online or Google Sheets

Connect a Microsoft 365 or Google account once, pick the workbook and tab (or table), and review the column map. New requests are added as rows, and the dashboard shows each row's status.

The row stays current, both ways

When the team records progress, the Status, Assigned to, Completed and Completion note cells update in the same row, found by its Request ID even after the sheet is sorted or a column is added. Type Done, a teammate's name or a note in the sheet instead, and every few minutes Lukriton reads it back, updates the request and tells the others on it.

Excel on a PC, one sheet or many

Desktop Excel can read a live CSV feed through Data → From Web; Google Sheets with IMPORTDATA. Route each department or project to its own file or tab, with an optional master log.
