How do I choose a plan?
Choose Hosted Page if you need one branded place for requests. Choose a Service Network when requests need to route to approved staff, departments, members, vendors, or providers. Use the Website Widget when the same intake should live on an existing site.
What counts as an intake?
An intake is one submitted request. It can be a customer request, city request, member request, event question, department request, quote request, callback request, or any other message captured through a Lukriton page, widget, QR code, or link.
What is included with the Hosted Page?
The Hosted Page is $29/month and includes 30 submitted intakes per month, multilingual transcription and translation, AI summary, priority flag, inbox capture, QR code, shareable link, and admin dashboard.
How is the website widget priced?
The widget is an entry point for an existing site. It uses the same intake limits and routing rules as the connected Hosted Page or Service Network plan.
Can a network be used without charging providers?
Yes. Cities, chambers, BIDs, agencies, businesses, schools, nonprofits, and associations can use network routing as an internal operations tool without charging providers or members.
Is a network an income promise?
No. Lukriton is software for intake, routing, tracking, and notifications. Any provider participation fees, advertiser terms, or member terms are controlled by the network admin or organization and are not guaranteed by Lukriton.
Do providers pay Lukriton directly?
No. Network pricing is for the admin or organization running the network. That admin or organization pays Lukriton for the platform and decides how to manage provider or member participation.
Does Lukriton charge commissions?
No. Lukriton takes no percentage of provider membership fees, completed jobs, request value, or network revenue.
Is the free plan really a network?
Yes. Free Launch includes a trial network: you can approve up to 3 recipients and route up to 5 real submitted intakes to them.
What happens when I hit my intake limit?
Free Launch includes 5 total submitted intakes. Paid Lukriton Page and Network plans reset monthly. If the limit is reached, intake pauses until an upgrade or monthly reset.
Can Lukriton work before I have providers?
Yes. The Hosted Page can collect requests even if no providers or routed recipients are approved yet. The network admin can handle those requests manually, invite a recipient, or assign the request later.
Does multilingual routing cost extra?
No separate plan is required. Lukriton can detect the visitor language, keep the original request, and prepare the translation for the admin and team.
