Privacy at Lukriton

• Account information - your name, email address, and profile details you add, such as your role and organization.
• Relationship content - your profile, the people and companies you add, notes, meetings, debriefs, the opportunity briefs, plans, drafts, and documents Lukriton generates for you, and structured facts extracted from what you snap.
• Temporary source files - screenshots of emails and profiles, business-card photos, snapped pages, and PDFs you upload for extraction. After successful extraction, Lukriton deletes the source file — photo or PDF — and keeps only the useful structured relationship information it read. PDFs uploaded before August 27, 2026 under the earlier retained-documents policy are kept and remain yours to delete from the record's files.
• Usage and billing metadata - plan status, feature usage counts for free-plan and paid-plan limits, and subscription state from our payment provider.

Your content is used for one purpose: running Lukriton for you - generating your opportunity briefs, plans, email drafts, meeting briefs, one-pagers, debriefs, follow-through items, and the memory of the people you meet. We also use account and usage data to meter plans, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising.

To generate outputs, the relevant content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train their models. Only what is needed for the specific generation is sent. We do not claim zero retention by external AI providers unless that setting is separately configured and verified.

When research features run, Lukriton searches publicly available sources about people and organizations in your captures or records to build your opportunity brief or meeting brief, read against the profile you gave us. Research results and citations are stored in your account with the generated brief.

Data is stored with Google Firebase for authentication, database, and file storage on Google Cloud infrastructure. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Structured relationship content is kept while your account is active so your contact memory keeps working. Source files used for extraction — photos and PDFs alike — are deleted after successful processing, and abandoned temporary uploads are eligible for automatic cleanup. A file Lukriton could not read is kept so nothing of yours is lost unread. Deleting a contact, meeting, or document removes it from your workspace. To delete your entire account and its data, contact us and we will complete the deletion.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to your authenticated account, and server-side checks protect every generation. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access and defense in depth.

You can access and correct your information in the app, export generated documents, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Lukriton is for business use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
