Terms for Lukriton

By creating an account or using Lukriton, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, and you confirm you have authority to act for any business or organization you use Lukriton on behalf of.

Lukriton turns things you capture — screenshots of emails, business cards, profiles, notes, or a person you type in — into your opportunity: a researched opportunity brief read against your profile, a plan, email drafts, meeting briefs, one-pagers, debriefs, and a running memory of the people you meet and what you discussed.

Outputs are generated with artificial intelligence based on what you provide and, when research features are enabled, on publicly available information.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Some features require a verified email address.

New accounts start on a free plan with usage limits (a small number of opportunity briefs, captures, meeting briefs, and email drafts); no payment card is required and the free plan has no time limit. Continued use beyond those limits requires a paid subscription, billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Plans include usage allowances described in the app.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You own the content you upload and the outputs generated for you. You grant Lukriton the limited rights needed to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you capture — including other people's emails, contact details, and personal information — and for complying with the privacy and confidentiality obligations that apply to you.

AI outputs can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and research may occasionally match the wrong person or organization. Review every brief, reply, and document before you rely on it or send it. Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

You agree not to use Lukriton for any of the following:

• Unlawful, misleading, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content, or content intended to smear or misrepresent another person or business.
• Uploading contact details or personal data you have no legal right to use or process.
• Impersonating a real person or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, or deceptive outreach.
• Interfering with the service, bypassing plan limits, scraping, probing for vulnerabilities, or reverse engineering protected systems.
• Distributing malware or anything intended to compromise devices or accounts.

We improve Lukriton continuously and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lukriton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Lukriton and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
