Terms for intake channels
and AI voice routing

By accessing or using Lukriton, creating a hosted request page, adding a website mic, creating or managing a network, submitting a request, accepting a lead, joining a network, opening a request flow, using a marketing kit, or otherwise interacting with the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to act for yourself and any business, organization, client, page, network, provider profile, or account using Lukriton through you.

Lukriton provides software tools for hosted request pages, audience action links, website and embedded request mics, email-signature voice replies, voice and text intake, AI transcription, translation, and summaries, private and organization routing networks, provider and member invitations, recipient profiles, department and staff routing for businesses, organizations, agencies, and institutions, owner dashboards, live request tracking pages, marketing links, hypothetical planning estimates, QR codes, lead routing, lead previews, customer-choice provider caps, unmatched request handling, and related tools.

Lukriton is a software platform. We do not create, approve, verify, control, or guarantee user content, customer requests, provider work, page owner responses, network owner decisions, or AI outputs.

Lukriton is not a party to any agreement, transaction, booking, job, appointment, quote, sale, purchase, payment, refund, dispute, employment relationship, provider relationship, agency relationship, customer relationship, or service relationship between users unless a separate written agreement with Lukriton expressly says otherwise.

Network owners, members, providers, outside providers, customers, visitors, applicants, and other people who interact through Lukriton deal directly with each other. They are solely responsible for communications, pricing, availability, scheduling, licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, work quality, product quality, service quality, safety, payments, refunds, disputes, and legal compliance.

Lukriton does not verify identity, licensing, insurance, background, training, tools, vehicles, business legitimacy, service quality, availability, customer intent, or legal authority unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Lukriton sells access to SaaS software. Lukriton is not selling exclusive territories, investments, employment opportunities, agency appointments, revenue-sharing programs, customer acquisition guarantees, or guaranteed-income programs through these Terms.

Words like network, owner, operator, team, audience, followers, members, launch, growth, marketing kit, provider recruiting, approved recipient, request channel, or routing channel describe software functionality and business positioning. They do not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, exclusive territory, revenue-share obligation, or guaranteed business result.

Any revenue examples, network value calculator outputs, planning estimates, or growth projections shown by Lukriton, including examples based on a network owner charging providers, advertisers, partners, or members, are hypothetical planning tools only. They are not promises, predictions, financial performance representations, earnings claims, income claims, or guarantees. Your results depend on your audience, pricing, recruiting, marketing, service quality, recipient availability, requester demand, legal compliance, and many other factors outside Lukriton's control.

If you recruit or charge providers, sellers, members, advertisers, or partners using income, revenue, lead-volume, customer-volume, paid-participant, or business-opportunity messaging, you are responsible for having written substantiation and for complying with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, the FTC Business Opportunity Rule where applicable, the FTC's guidance on earnings claims, and any franchise or business-opportunity laws that apply to you. Lukriton does not review, approve, or substantiate your claims.

If your use of Lukriton could be treated as an employment program, agency relationship, referral service, broker arrangement, investment offering, regulated marketing program, or other regulated model, you are responsible for obtaining legal advice and complying with all required disclosures, registrations, notices, contracts, and laws before offering or selling that model.

If you create, operate, or market a network, you are responsible for your network, provider or member recruiting, recipient approvals, recipient removal, customer communications, lead routing choices, marketing claims, pricing, subscription or membership charges, payment collection, taxes, refunds, disputes, and compliance with all laws that apply to your business.

You are responsible for confirming providers, members, advertisers, vendors, staff, departments, partners, or other recipients are qualified, licensed, insured, available, legally allowed to perform work, and appropriate for your network if those things matter for your market or services.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to verify recipients before approving, listing, routing leads to, recommending, or allowing them to contact customers. Lukriton does not verify recipients for you unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

You are responsible for checking local, state, federal, and industry rules that may apply to your network, including laws about memberships, referral fees, lead generation, broker or agency activity, advertising, consumer protection, contractor licensing, professional licensing, insurance, taxes, payments, privacy, recordings, text messages, and emails.

You must not represent that Lukriton verifies, licenses, insures, supervises, employs, guarantees, or controls your providers unless Lukriton expressly agrees in writing.

Providers, members, advertisers, vendors, partners, outside providers, and other routed recipients are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, services, radius, availability, pricing, qualifications, licensing, insurance, taxes, permits, work, customer communications, payments, refunds, disputes, and compliance with applicable law.

Accepting a lead or receiving a routed request does not make a recipient an employee, agent, partner, representative, or subcontractor of Lukriton.

When a customer uses a hosted request page, website mic, audience link, or other request flow, the request may be recorded, transcribed, translated, summarized, classified, prioritized, routed, stored, and shared with the network owner and, when routed or accepted, providers or outside providers.

AI processing may include speech-to-text transcription, translation, summarization, keyword extraction, urgency ranking, service classification, low-quality or abuse detection, language detection, routing, notifications, and suggested next steps.

Because requests are recorded and processed by AI, network owners are responsible for telling requesters, before or at the point of capture, that their voice and message may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by AI and automated systems, and for obtaining any consent required by call-recording, wiretap, two-party-consent, biometric, and privacy laws in the requester's location. Do not describe Lukriton intake as private, anonymous, confidential, human-only, or not AI-processed.

• Customer requests may be recorded, transcribed, translated, summarized, classified, routed, and otherwise processed by AI.
• Requests may be shared with the network owner and, when routed or accepted, approved providers, members, advertisers, vendors, staff, departments, partners, or outside providers selected by the owner.
• Approved recipients may see limited request previews before accepting and receive full requester contact details only after accepting, depending on owner settings and platform logic.
• AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or misleading and must be reviewed by humans before important decisions are made.

Lukriton may send a lead preview to matching approved recipients. The intended routing model may allow up to the customer-selected or platform-selected number of providers or recipients to accept and receive contact details so the customer can compare options.

Lead routing, matching, notifications, accept buttons, locks, previews, and owner dashboards are software tools. They do not guarantee that any recipient will accept, respond, arrive, complete work, collect payment, provide quality service, or satisfy a customer.

If no matching recipient exists, the network owner may receive the lead and manually assign it, invite a provider or member, send it to an outside provider, expand the search, or handle it directly. Nearby outside-provider suggestions, maps links, search results, websites, ratings, phone numbers, or similar data are convenience tools only and are not Lukriton verification, endorsement, recommendation, licensing, insurance confirmation, or quality guarantee.

If an outside provider accepts or is contacted, the owner is responsible for reviewing that provider, complying with applicable laws, and deciding whether to invite them into the network. Lukriton does not guarantee that any outside provider will join, respond, perform work, or comply with legal requirements.

Hosted request pages may be created quickly, but you are responsible for reviewing your content, links, QR codes, disclosures, services, claims, pricing, and network settings before publishing.

Marketing materials, social copy, QR codes, website button text, provider scripts, member invitations, and launch checklists are templates and convenience tools only. You are responsible for editing them for accuracy, legality, local rules, advertising rules, provider or member rules, recording rules, privacy rules, and consumer-protection rules.

Do not make misleading claims about guaranteed leads, guaranteed income, exclusive territories, provider verification, emergency service, response times, licensing, insurance, or availability unless you can legally substantiate those claims.

Network owners may pay Lukriton for platform access, plan capacity, routed-recipient limits, intake limits, add-ons, or other subscription features. Fees are charged according to the checkout page, billing terms, invoice, or subscription terms shown or agreed at purchase.

Lukriton may change features, plans, prices, limits, billing intervals, add-ons, and usage rules to the extent permitted by law. If you exceed plan limits, features may pause, require upgrade, or be restricted.

Payments between network owners, members, providers, customers, and outside providers are their own responsibility unless Lukriton separately provides a payment feature under separate terms.

Lukriton may only be used for lawful, honest, and good-faith purposes. You may not use the platform in a way that violates rights, creates legal risk, harms others, misleads customers or providers, or abuses the service.

You may not use Lukriton to discriminate, harass, exclude, threaten, exploit, retaliate, or unfairly deny service based on protected characteristics or unlawful criteria. Network owners are responsible for making sure their network rules, provider decisions, customer communications, routing choices, and marketing practices comply with applicable anti-discrimination, consumer-protection, labor, advertising, and service laws.

• Recording, collecting, forwarding, or processing customer or provider data without required notice, consent, authority, or lawful basis
• Presenting Lukriton as private, anonymous, confidential, human-reviewed only, guaranteed, emergency-ready, or not AI processed when that is not true
• Claiming guaranteed leads, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed provider earnings, exclusive territories, verified providers, licensed providers, insured providers, or guaranteed service quality unless you can legally substantiate those claims
• Using Lukriton to make investment, employment, revenue-share, territory, referral-service, broker, membership, audience-monetization, guaranteed-income, or regulated offering claims without required legal review and disclosures
• Making earnings, income, revenue, lead-volume, or business-opportunity claims to recruit providers, sellers, members, advertisers, or partners without written substantiation and the disclosures required by the FTC Act, the FTC Business Opportunity Rule, and applicable franchise or business-opportunity laws
• Posting fake, incentivized-but-undisclosed, or deceptive reviews, ratings, endorsements, or testimonials, or failing to disclose material connections or advertising as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides
• Charging recurring or auto-renewing participation or membership fees without clear up-front disclosures, express informed consent, simple cancellation mechanisms, and compliance with ROSCA, applicable negative-option rules, and state automatic-renewal laws
• Sending calls, texts, or emails that violate the TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, or applicable state consent, opt-out, or identification requirements
• Using Lukriton to discriminate, harass, exclude, threaten, exploit, or unfairly deny service based on protected characteristics, unlawful criteria, retaliation, hate, abuse, or deceptive practices
• Uploading or using contact lists, customer data, provider data, voice recordings, copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, images, names, likenesses, or other assets without rights or permissions
• Sending spam, phishing, malware, abusive content, deceptive endorsements, unlawful marketing, misleading provider invitations, or fraudulent customer requests
• Scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing limits, probing vulnerabilities, interfering with the service, or copying protected systems or workflows
• Using Lukriton for emergencies, regulated medical, legal, financial, insurance, or high-risk services without proper safeguards and written approval where required

As between you and Lukriton, you retain ownership of content you upload, provide, create, or generate through the service, subject to any rights held by others.

You grant Lukriton and its service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, process, analyze, transcribe, translate, summarize, route, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use your content and data as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the service.

Lukriton may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email, SMS, notifications, AI processing, speech recognition, translation, analytics, security, support, and other infrastructure. Lukriton is not responsible for third-party outages, acts, omissions, security incidents, or service changes except where required by law.

Lukriton is not an emergency service. Customers should not use a hosted request page, website mic, or other request flow for urgent medical, safety, legal, financial, or time-critical emergencies. Call emergency services or the appropriate professional directly.

Lukriton is not designed to guarantee compliance with HIPAA, financial-services rules, attorney-client confidentiality, insurance regulations, education privacy rules, biometric laws, provider licensing laws, labor laws, advertising laws, referral laws, solicitation laws, or other specialized regulatory regimes unless Lukriton expressly agrees in writing.

Lukriton may remove, restrict, block, hide, disable, suspend, shut down, or refuse to process any page, network, message, recording, transcript, campaign, provider profile, lead offer, account, or content at any time, with or without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This may happen if content appears to violate these Terms, create legal risk, harm individuals or companies, trigger complaints, threaten security, exceed limits, or expose Lukriton, users, visitors, service providers, or others to liability.

Lukriton reserves the right to shut down or restrict a network, hosted request page, provider profile, routing workflow, invitation workflow, or account if we believe it violates these Terms, discriminates, misleads users, creates safety or legal risk, abuses customers or providers, or operates in a way that could harm Lukriton, users, service providers, or the public.

Lukriton may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, network, page, lead routing, or access to the service at any time, with or without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Enforcement may include any of the following actions:

• remove, restrict, block, hide, or disable pages, networks, messages, recordings, transcripts, campaigns, forms, links, provider profiles, lead offers, or account content
• pause, suspend, restrict, shut down, or permanently terminate account access, hosted page access, network access, provider access, or lead routing
• block outgoing communications, links, forms, voice capture, hosted page access, lead routing, Smart Inbox access, or dashboard access
• preserve, disclose, or transfer information when required by law, legal process, safety concerns, abuse prevention, rights protection, payment disputes, or enforcement needs
• report activity to service providers, platforms, legal authorities, affected parties, or rights holders when legally appropriate

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKRITON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND RESULTS.

Lukriton does not guarantee continuous availability, message delivery, transcription accuracy, translation accuracy, AI summary accuracy, routing accuracy, lead volume, provider participation, provider acceptance, customer callbacks, sales, conversions, compliance, identity, qualifications, work quality, payment, refund, dispute resolution, or any commercial result.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKRITON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS PROSPECTS, REPUTATION, VISITOR MESSAGES, RECORDINGS, TRANSCRIPTS, AI OUTPUTS, THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, USER TRANSACTIONS, USER DISPUTES, JOBS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, OR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKRITON'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LUKRITON FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lukriton and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, personnel, contractors, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, pages, networks, provider or member recruiting, marketing claims, customer requests, voice collection, disclosures, visitor data, recipient data, lead routing, payments, refunds, disputes, services, jobs, offers, listings, use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and good-faith discussion for at least 30 days. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, coordinated, or representative action.

Lukriton provides software and does not create, review, approve, pre-screen, or substantiate the marketing, earnings, endorsement, subscription, advertising, or recruiting practices of any network owner, provider, seller, member, advertiser, or other user. Each user is solely responsible for complying with the rules of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state attorneys general, and other regulators that apply to how they advertise, recruit, charge, route, and communicate.

If you operate or market a private network on Lukriton, you are responsible for the following, to the extent they apply to you:

• Earnings and business-opportunity claims: any network value calculator, revenue example, planning estimate, or projection shown by Lukriton is hypothetical planning information only and is not an earnings claim, financial performance representation, or guarantee. If you recruit or charge providers, sellers, members, advertisers, or partners using income, revenue, lead-volume, customer-volume, or business-opportunity messaging, you must keep written substantiation and comply with the FTC Act, the FTC Business Opportunity Rule where applicable, FTC earnings-claims guidance, and any franchise or business-opportunity laws that apply to you.
• Endorsements, reviews, and testimonials: if your network shows reviews, ratings, testimonials, endorsements, or recommends advertisers or members, you must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides, including honest reviews, clear disclosure of material connections, and no fake, undisclosed-incentivized, or deceptive endorsements.
• Advertising and sponsored content: advertiser, sponsor, partner, or member promotions must be truthful, substantiated, and clearly disclosed as advertising where required by the FTC and applicable law.
• Subscriptions and auto-renewal: if you charge recurring or auto-renewing participation or membership fees, you must comply with ROSCA, applicable negative-option and auto-renewal rules, and state automatic-renewal laws, including clear up-front disclosure, express informed consent, and a simple way to stop recurring charges.
• Marketing communications: any calls, texts, and emails you send are your responsibility under the TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and applicable state law, including consent, opt-out, and sender-identification requirements.
• AI disclosure: because requests are recorded and processed by AI, you must not describe your intake as human-only, private, anonymous, or not AI-processed, and you are responsible for disclosing automated and AI processing to requesters where required.
• Unfair or deceptive practices: you must not engage in unfair or deceptive acts or practices under Section 5 of the FTC Act or similar state consumer-protection laws.

You are responsible for your own legal review and compliance with these and other consumer-protection requirements, and you agree to indemnify Lukriton for claims arising from your marketing, earnings claims, endorsements, advertising, subscriptions, recruiting, recording practices, or communications.

Lukriton may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
